Royal Pacific is a privately owned brokerage company who specializes in listing & selling residential homes, listing & selling real estate owned (REO) assets, brokering mortgage loans, and real estate investing. Royal Pacific was first established in February 1987 in the city of San Francisco California and has been in operation for the last two decades.

In April of 2005, Royal Pacific expanded its services and opened its first Southern California Branch located in the city of Walnut California.  In early 2010, Royal Pacific moved to the city of Diamond Bar California.  Nestled centrally where all 3 major Southern California counties meet the, Royal Pacific continues to serve Los Angeles County, Orange County, & San Bernardino County.  Royal Pacific has listed and sold hundreds of residential and bank owned properties throughout California.

The name Royal Pacific was chosen because of what the two words connote and imply.

Royal stems from “royal” pine trees, which symbolize strength, growth and connectedness. Those in business should appreciate the importance of each characteristic and how it relates to financial success.

Pacific stands for the Pacific Rim, where the founder’s roots are grounded. The Royal Pacific family combined its fundamental beliefs with its origin to create Royal (strength, growth and connectedness) Pacific (bridging the geographical gap).
